I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. My love for exercise and overall health started in high school where I did cheer and dance. After moving to New York City at 18 I made my way back to Naples, FL. I dove headfirst into the exercise and health industry. I studied as a NASM Personal trainer and later got my NASM Nutrition Coach Certification, TRX Suspension Training, and Balanced Body Reformer/ Movement Principles Training.
My love for Pilates began after a freak injury where I fell down the stairs and suffered high grade ligament tears surrounding my ankle. After being in a cast with a boot for almost 3 months, I had to change the way I moved my body. I shifted away from heavy lifting and went into Pilates. Not only did I improve my strength and flexibility, I enhanced my mental awareness with my body and how it feels...mindful movement. After seeing how beneficial Pilates was for myself I knew I needed to help others around me to see the benefits it can do for themselves
